The Texas Education Agency (TEA) maintains the TexasACE21.org website as a public service. The following is the privacy policy for this site (all publicly accessible pages in the TexasACE21.org domain):
This website will not require the use of cookie files or cookies to view public information. Information submitted to the agency may be revealed pursuant to a request made under that Act. Information that could identify an individual student is protected from public disclosure by the Family Education Rights and Privacy Act, 20 U.S.C. Section 1232g. The agency will not release information that would identify an individual student except in conformance with that Act.
Mission and Purpose
The TexasACE21.org website is intended to serve as an official compilation of electronic resources and services for Texas ACE and to provide a means of communication between TEA, ACE programs, and the public. The site is organized around these audiences: ACE Program Directors and Center staff, school administrators, teachers, families and communities, and students. The design, layout, and contents of this website is the responsibility of TEA's Division of Programs for At-Risk Youth.
